This is a wonderful episode. I don’t normally buy books (I work in a library), but I’m getting this one. The author sounds like such a smart, caring person. I look forward to reading this story.
Wow, you two, my heart aches yet is full of all kinds of positive emotions having listened to this amazing conversation. My boyfriend suffers with anxiety, depression and more, having begun in childhood, so this hits home more than I expected. I’ve had so little time to do all the reading I want and STILL haven’t begun THE CABINET OF CURIOSITIES (which you signed at the Princeton Book Festival and we had such a pleasant conversation). Now here I am wanting to add SOME KIND OF HAPPINESS to my TBR! π Thank you both for this mesmerizing time spent.
And I just LOVE the term “cookie scene”! That one’ll stick with me π
